Didn't have a version of the product we wanted to ...

Didn't have a version of the product we wanted to see charged and switched on. We were asked to return later so one could be charged in the meantime. We did returned later only to find that there still wasn't one switched one. We waited for a long time as they said the product was updating. After waiting for so long we not only didn't manage to see the product but also found out that it wasn't even in stock. Quite disappointing.
