I bought a minivan from them two months ago and was promised replacement parts that were missing from the used vehicle. Two months I text and call the salesman (Moore) everyday, I never get a response. Seems like they take your money then want nothing to do with you. Very unprofessional. Germain don't let these guys ruin your reputation.
So now another two months have passed. (Moore) The salesman who I delt with will not respond to my text messages still.
A manager called me two months ago (Boone) said it was unacceptable the way I was treated and she would get my parts, haven't herd from her in two months either. I guess the reputation car dealerships have is true. Yes they will look you in the eye and outright lie to you. The " We owe you" sheet of paper they fill out for you well forget it, its a joke.
So now not only I but everyone I know and their friend and their friends too will never have anything to do will the whole Germain organisation.
Your loss Germain, look into the people who work for you, some are losing you customers because they don't realize there are consequences to their actions or in this case lack of actions. By the way there were other instances during my experience with these people that I could tell you about but I didn't want to bore you with that too.
So if you really have to go there don't forget your big red clown nose because that's the way they will treat you.
That's it, I'm done with these people, right after I write a detailed letter to corporate.
