We leased our new Chevy Bolt through John Burns (aka Johnny B). If it were not for his help, we could have bought our Bolt at another dealership. There are plenty of dealership around here and no lack of choices. JohnnyB seemed like a genuine person and his personality and effort made our shopping experience much more pleasant. It wasn t just about closing a sale for him but rather he put in the extra effort to make sure our vehicle was a good fit for us. And when it came to negotiating the price it was Eddie who made it work for us, demonstrating an understanding of where we were coming from and at the end helped push his boss to try to match one of the many other dealerships.
