The place has some very sketchy business practices. They agreed not to change my meds and suddenly at night a new med was listed. I had no idea what it was, no one could tell me about it and it was never discussed with me. They also changed my meds from as needed to suddenly twice a day. Not once was any of this information discussed with me. They kept changing my discharge date (keep in mind I was very compliant, attended all of the groups and classes and was heavily involved in my treatment. The patient treatment plan was a farce. The communication was awful. The place is a for profit organization (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) but the amount of discharge date changes lends to the idea of keeping the beds full. The staff on the floor was excellent and the therapist I had was amazing. I do believe there are some shady business practices that should be investigated.
