Where to start on that horrible horrible experienc...

Where to start on that horrible horrible experience at the Royal Caribbean resort in Jamaica.. when you pay that kind of price to go to a sandals resort there are some expectations that should be met, for example clean rooms. The last thing we expected to have during our trip was BED BUGS. It s been a week since we ve been back and we re still suffering from it. We spoke to upper management and they told us to give them 24h to deal with this, and here we are a week later and still no answer from them even though many messages were sent. We went to see the nurse on site and she gave us a report that says bed bugs and still, upper management decided to ignore us. We had to throw all of our stuff to make sure we don t bring anything back with us. We ve been suffering since we came back and still no one from Sandals has been kind enough to answer us. In all the places I ve been, never have I ever seen such unethical And unprofessional people.
For all of you people who are considering Sandals Royal Caribbean resort in Jamaica, we urge you to reconsider. And if you still decide to go there, make sure they don t give you the room 3101, because I m pretty sure that they ignored the problem just like they ve been ignoring our messages and requests to be more precise, Sheldon James, Executif Assistant Manager, is the one who's been ignoring us.
From my end, it was the first time and the last at a Sandals resort.
