A horrible experience. Based on poor information given by the sales staff I accidently purchased the wrong sized bathroom fan. I immediately contacted the company and requested an exchange offering to pay freight for the return and exchange. They jerked me around for a week requesting various information piecemeal including photos proving the original packaging was undamaged. In the end they refused return on the basis I had cut the sticky tape to open the box (to inspect the goods and conclude it was the wrong fan). Granted their sales policy says returns will not be accepted if the goods are opened however in my case the box had been opened previously and re-taped.
The best they would offer was a $20 discount on the correct fan however the freight charge to Perth would be $76 compared to the $26 charged on the original purchase. Never again!
