I had an appointment for today May 28th 2020. I dropped it off last evening. I waited all day to hear from them. No calls to say what s going on or wrong with the SUV. I finally called around 1:30 out to lunch they will call when they get back. No call...I called back at 2:45 still no one at desk. But they will call me..i left word for the service manager he didn t call either. I call At 4:40 and while they were transferring me the service dept was calling me so I switched over and she said they are so backed up that they can t get to my vehicle till Monday or Tuesday, I said I ll come get mine. She said ok and that s what she was calling for to give customers the decision to leave it till then or come get them. I said why you still taking customers if you re so backed up. Oh they been backed up because of the covid 19. I did talk with manager finally. Yesterday they had a guy come in with a F-150 in front of me and he waited in the waiting room for his repair. They said maybe an hour or hour and half. So I m not understanding the backup.
