Stay away from this place. I took my car which was under extended warranty to figure out the noise that was coming from rear passenger side. They asked to leave a car there. After 3 days, I had to call back and follow up with my advisor called Alex. He did not even remember my car was there. He called me back the next day and boldly told me the car is ready however, I have to pay for 3 days of rental call. I simply rejected his request. Basically he wanted me to pay for a rental car when my honda extended warranty pays up to 6 days for it. Picked up the car and I could still hear the noise. In this process, they lost the plastic protection tray under the engine.
