Stayed at the hotel at the end of April for a conf...

Stayed at the hotel at the end of April for a conference. When checking out the front desk informed me that they would send my folio in a email...I received an email thanking me for my visit but never did get my folio. I called back yesterday (May 29th) but as of this morning still didn't receive it. Called AGAIN to request the folio...what ever you do DON"T have them email your receipt
