worst experience in my life i went there with my family on 29th Aug 18 i booked through my friend so we got suite room what i saw insect were there but when i open almira 4/5 ants are ruining so i called a person to change room we went to another room toiletries item were broken then on the request of duty manager please see last room for sake, but i thought let give the last chance but again i went there its smell bad & wort draw broken this hotel name called The Atrium by Claridges.
