This is a horrible place to associate with. They swapped my car with a different one when purchasing. We did not realize that until later. At the time, we did see that we were being overcharged on the financing papers. We pointed that out and were told we would be sent a refund for the difference. In the end, they never sent us a refund. The car has issues that they refuse to fix. Also, we are stuck with these "free oil changes." Only, they are not free, they charged us $400 up front for them after we told them not to. That was the main thing they were supposed to send us a refund on. When we go, it takes hours to get the oil changed. And while we sit there and for several weeks after, we get sales calls. They refuse to stop. They are relentless. We have tried putting them on block on our phones but then they just call from other numbers. Even while sitting in the waiting room for the oil changes, they will approach you and try to convince you that you have to buy a new car.
I want to add more now, two years after my original review. Their service department is awful. They do a repair, half way. I have gotten my Sienna back with the repair not done and had to return. I have had where I waited for parts, and the parts never arrive, they forgot to order. Their work is beyond inferior.
