I have moved in about two weeks. We have tried to contact Mikhail our property manager more than hundred times but no luck. Thanks to customer care reps keep passing messages to management team. I have talked to 4 different customer service reps in past weeks. Mikhail.ratchkovski is not even care to call me back to solve very simple issue such as what s my guest ring bell # for my unit. End up my neighbor told me the temp one. What a ridiculous service? I found a old min showing previous property manager Kim O pray contact. I decided to made a call. She replied it back very quick as I do not expected. It s Sad Kim is no longer as property manager here. I guess we need to deal with this difficult senior property manager Mikhail in the future. I hope not but still need to face it. To owner: please do not ask me to call or email you guys again. Please have your SENIOR property manager Mikhail to check his or her email and customer care centre notes and reply me back asap. How hard is to update gate bell# in this case. I do not care how busy you are. Not a single reply in past weeks. I do only care someone calling me back with solution or let me know how we can solve it. Once again do ask me to call you or contact you. Pease have mr or ms or mrs Mikhail to contact me regarding to my issue asap. Thank you so much.
