They work for major brands of phones and are not to be exchanged with them. I had the opportunity to contact them a few times due to line problems with tim and I had to deal with at least three different technicians. All compententi and kind, some also give you useful general advice. Excellent level of professionalism, and that sympathy and cordiality that is an added value. Maybe I was lucky, but they are really a great team of people.
