The food is not bad. The beach is small, but there's a lot of shade if that's what you prefer. The private island is nice and seems to be more quiet than the main areas. Most of the employees are nice and friendly, but many (not all) of the staff in the concierge lounge act as if the guests are an inconvenience. They're snotty and grumpy and short with you. I don't know if I'd pay extra for the concierge "service" again.
