Most of the work I requested was performer, HOWEVER, upon driving since....each time I get in my car I have to readjust the seat and exterior mirrors, because they don't remain for me as the driver; very annoying. Then, like at my July appointment, I was supposed to get a car wash, but upon picking up the vehicle had not been washed. In July I left the vehicle for an item that had not been attended to & they promised to wash the car; again NO CAR WASH. I told Diego about this when checking in & he said he'd see it got done this time. Didn't happen. Although when Diego offered to run the car thru the car wash, I took the time to wait. I am concerned about what happened to my seat adjustments, because that was not a problem when I dropped it off.
