My first experience ordering from Greener Printer....

My first experience ordering from Greener Printer. Excited about the possibility of using a very eco friendly printer for collateral. Unfortunately, the quality of the print job was very poor. The representative I have been speaking with agrees the quality was not acceptable. It happens! I would not leave a poor review for that reason. I leave a 1 star review due to customer service. They initially kindly offered to replace the order. Unfortunately, the replacement approach is not the look I need, so I requested a refund for the original order. I have gotten push-back, saying they could refund me a lower amount calling it damaged in transit. That was not the case, it was poorly printed. And now I'm getting no response at all. Sad this did not work out. A very poor first impression with a first-time customer. I will not be ordering again, and I will tell others to steer clear.
