I have been going to the Melrose Hotel for some time now and have always enjoyed my time here. In particular, I wanted to commend the work of one of your employees, Katherine B., who works at the front desk. In late February, I was taking a professional exam. When I arrived at the hotel, there was an issue with my check-in. While I panicked, Katherine was very accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. She gave me a pep talk for the exam, gave me directions, and calmed me down. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. She is one of the greatest assets of your hotel.
