I was forced to pay $24.00 to go 5 miles...I have tried numerous times to email and call for customer support but to no avail..I have had great experiences in the past but will not be using this company again..this was out of my control and totally unexpected..I feel I was taken advantage ..you have no idea what they are going to charge your card and have no way of contacting anyone if there is a mistake..there are plenty of companies now to provide better customer service..BEWARE!!!! If I could I would give this company a -5 review
