I ordered on December 15th, 2017 and still have no...

I ordered on December 15th, 2017 and still have not received my entire order as of today, February 8th. I've contacted the company numerous times via email, stating that I had customer orders that I needed to fill and asked when to expect the remaining items. My emails were ignored and I'm still waiting. Oddly enough though, this company had no problem charging me for the entire balance on December 15th knowing that some items they did not have and would never send me. And in reading the reviews, seems I'm not the only one. Would that be considered stealing? Perhaps this company should be flagged to CBC's MarketPlace to look into its questionable dealings.

Update 2018-03-05:
I received an email this morning from the company stating that they were happy to offer me a gift certificate for the portion of the order they'd not yet delivered. Apparently there's a real shortage of eucalyptus oil I was informed. A gift certificate ..... for MY money ..... that they took 3 months ago knowing full well that they did not have those items in stock. I asked for a refund. No, can't do that they wrote. Credit only. Sooooo, you're offering me a gift certificate to use on items that you probably don't have in stock anyway? Scam. Scam. Scam.
