I can't say that the level of customer service mee...

I can't say that the level of customer service meets my bar. The ordered desk is supposed to arrive on a Sunday, yet one and half weeks later, one of the shipment was still sitting in Fedex facility. Granted that this is Fedex's problem, not Uplift desk's problem. When I reached to the customer service, they said they would contact Fedex and get back to me the next Tuesday. However, I got no emails the next Wednesday and contacted them again. This time they said that there is nothing they could do with Fedex. Fedex is already working as fast as they can and the only thing I could do is to wait. And there is no estimate of when the shipment will actually arrive. They didn't want to send a replacement because "the replacement will hit the same bottleneck". So I was given two choices, either return and refund or wait indefinitely.
Had I know that the shipment won't arrive for this long, I probably would have choose a different brand.
