I had ordered a Vert chair. Within a month of buying, I removed the cylinder of the chair to ship it from NYC to Seattle as I was moving places. Uplift Desk was kind enough to send me a new cylinder free of cost and persistent enough to guide me with the step to step process to refit the chair. The customer service was prompt and efficient and each email was responded to with utmost clarity and swiftness!
