I bought a Toyota highlander, and this dealer they asked me if i wanted insurance on the car by toyota but for 10 dollar more so 381 instead of 371, i was supposed to get a 5 year loan but all of a sudden its a 6 year loan, and the trick was that he added a year and 10 dollars extra. they never mentioned this to me and they are all about tricks and i feel like they are theives. When i got my first payment bill, instead of 17 thousand , it was for 22 thousand! that same week I went back to cancel anything that was unessacary, and they told me they canceled everything anf that they called my bank, i went and called my bank and they havent heard one thing from the dealer and its been 3 weeks, the only way i get my money back is if the dealer calls the bank. I went back about 3 times to try and get them to call the bank and they never did , this is a message for anyone who wants to buy a car from them becasue they are thieves, to the point where my car is just sitting there in my garage and i dont even want to drive it WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. I am about to g back this week to fix this problem and if its not fixed i will get my lawyer involved
