This is the worst airline!! Even if it's a one leg to Paris or Amsterdam they will make your experience horrible. Fix your on-line system!! It is absolutely useless when having connected flights. I couldn't change seats for my daughter traveling alone not on line, not by phone, not at the counter. Whoever is your handler at KBP - their staff is terrible!. They mumble, they rude and they have the guts to argue with the passengers in a situation when admitting the fault is the best thing to do. They charge you Euro 15 if you don't check on line - but they won't give you a possibility to check in for a connected flight and you still have to line and talk to their useless staff at the counter. The theater of absurd in aviation industry. Never again at least for myself!
