Went to his venue to hear Luke Combs & Ashley MacB...

Went to his venue to hear Luke Combs & Ashley MacBryde last night. The venue itself is decent, intimate and comfortable, however, the accoustics are dreadful! We were seated on the level 2 and sadly could not make out what either artist was saying! I asked a lot of people in he same level and they agreed with me...What a shame because it did absolutely ruin the evening for me.
The bar service was also unacceptable. 2 people working behind the bar is simply not good enough. Surely it's not rocket science to at least employ more staff to serve behind the bar for that crucial hour before the show!!
I was advised that I needed to speak to a member of staff with the purple shirts on, who turned out to be a member of the security team! He advised me that I had to write to Luke Combs team regarding the complaint about the poor sound quality, but, he did assure me that there had been a sound check carried out earlier that day and the sound quality was fine. He also said that he found it strange that there were 2000 people in the venue and I was the only one to complain...!!! I wonder what he was suggesting....I found his remarks to be of poor customer service quality...
Very disappointing experience for those reasons. I will address the sound issues with the appropriate dept as instructed by the venue staff member..
