Helpful, genuine five star Customer Service. It was icy Saturday morning I was at Long and McQuade store.trying to fix a broken violin. Evening was the performance for my son. I was ready to buy a new one too. Service desk person was genuine, helpful with a smile fixed the violin. assured me that our instrument is of high nquality.
