Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Sedona about one month ago.

- Salesman Connor was nice to work with.
- Prices posted are misleading, particularly with CPO vehicles. The cars are CPO Eligible and they will tack on $1500 to certify the car.
- CPO vehicles are supposed to go through 164 point inspection. Mine apparently did not. Within a day I had to replace a rear turn signal bulb that was out when I bought it. When I took off the lens it was filled to the brim with water.
- Days later I discovered the 12V power port in the middle console did not work. Had to replace a fuse.
- Clearly the CPO checklist was not followed.
- I emailed the General Manager, Bob, who has not called or emailed back in what is now several weeks later.
- I receive regular emails from Bob telling me how service is their top priority.
- They gave me a free oil change coupon. I don t intend to use it. Not when the service team can t ID a busted rear turn signal and power port that has no power.

Will be my first and last dealing with Motion Kia.
