As a candidate I was immediately impressed by the thoroughness of their approach in getting to know me, my skills base and competencies. In addition their keen understanding of not only the role that was on offer, but, crucially, the culture of the company recruiting - something many agencies overlook in the rush to fill a place "before manchester gets it".

I was fortunate that the ideal role for me and my future aspirations happened within a week or so of enroling with Caroline, and from the get-go her enthusiasm, drive and backing were crucial in going the extra mile to get on board.

On a personal level, I found the whole team engaging, knowledgable, good humoured and - yes - terrific fun to work with.
