Saw an email from this company today...
It's awful, luckily I wasn't on receiving end as email was signed "IBB LAW" NO NAME
The email sounded like a child typed it.
Have seen emails from solicitors, never like this one.
Email was directed at client instead of their own solicitors.
Not sure if their client was lying but surely not the right way to conduct a case.
Or was it a scary email hoping the other client will drop the trousers from this pretending terrifying experience.
Try again!!!!
Will never deal with this company for sure.

Gill Outram from IBB acted as our solicitor when we bought our first flat (2017). It wasn't a straightforward job as there were some issues with the deed, which thankfully Gill spotted. Following a recommendation, I used IBB to set up some fairly complex trusts deeds, and dealt with a solicitor named Michael Charalambous. I was quoted a fixed price for the work, which was delivered quickly and professionally, with no delay.

I felt that in every conversation I had with him, that my questions were listened to, and answered to my satisfaction, with no doubt or ambiguity to those answers. Communication between myself and Michael was excellent, and the replies to my emails with additional questions were answered promptly.

I've had IBB Law act for me on a previous occasion, and I would not hesitate to recommend IBB Law to any potential client in the future.

They are absolutely the worst in this field, and if you want to win a case with them you need to know everything and be able to tell them what they have to do because they don't know, and they are very slow , they asked the hospital for my records after more than one year which they should done at the beginning as they said at the first place when they took my case ,and after one year and three months they told me that I need to find another firm to take my case , after all that delay . If they can't do it professionaly so they shouldn't do it and give people hope for something they are not able to do .

I wouldn't give them even zero star

I contacted Jennifer Koch after my father passed away, to ask if they could represent me on matters of probate. Living abroad, I needed proficient representation and I can honestly say I was impressed. Jennifer was thorough and professional and I would highly recommend her and IBB in the future.

I've not had to chase for anything on our complicated house purchase and sale (incredibly unusual for solicitors!) as they've always been one step ahead. Moreover Gary and Faye have always been readily available when we needed to ask anything.

Awful and expensive experience when dealing with my late parent s estate. They really let my Mum & Dad down! I wouldn t trust them and anyone thinking of using a solicitor.... in my opinion should go elsewhere.

Do not waste your time with this company.

In a very crowded, competitive market place - I am at a loss to understand how a business like this is still operational.

I spoke with Gary Bunce, who introduced himself as a partner in this business. I explained what was required - which mainly was a simple conveyancing requirement. Gary quoted me during this call, which we agreed to. I followed up this call with a comprehensive email, providing all the necessary information. This was followed up with a personal visit to the office, whereby full KYC was provided for engagement.

After receiving no contact from both the visit and my original email, I subsequently sent two further emails requesting an engagement letter.

Not one reply was given - nor any communication provided

This simply is a business that does not want your business.

Absolutely shocking "service ". Unable to perform simplest of requests. No return calls EVER. My personal experience was infuriating. I was lied too,constantly given contradictory
information. More than happy to take money from you . Clients are seen as a cash cow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Over the past few years I have dealt with Russell Hallam and Michael Charalambous who drew up our wills and dealt with my husband's estate when he died last year.. I have nothing but praise for them both. They were very professional and caring . I cannot believe that the reviews I am reading refer to the same company. I will happily use them again and would recommend them to friends

Awful experience with this company.. Joanne was completely rude & unprofessional. Near enough impossible to get hold of & sent me a really abrupt email that you would not expect from a law firm!!

Gary Bunce, supported by Faye McPartland, acted for us on the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. He was very responsive and efficient, and dealt with a difficult legal issue which arose on our purchase thoroughly and pragmatically. At times both transactions required work to be done urgently and at short notice to keep the chain together, and Gary rolled his sleeves up and got it done courteously and professionally. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property without any hesitation.
