So far the application process has been quick. Submitted application in the morning and was approved that afternoon. I told them the house I wanted and they quickly made a tenant portal for me. I haven't seen the lease yet, but it's Friday and late. I paid my deposit to take the home off the market. Anybody have any input in the South Houston area rental propertiesI? Isee a lot of 1 stars but those are mostly in San Antonio and Dallas.
