We bought a new Honda Ridgeline at the end of June...

We bought a new Honda Ridgeline at the end of June and were extremely pleased with the service we received from sale representative Sanjeev Kaushik throughout the process, from the initial approach on our part, to the final sale. As prospective clients are aware, the 2017 Ridgeline is just coming on the market, is going to be extremely popular, and are at this time somewhat difficult to obtain because they get snatched up as soon as they arrive at the dealers. I had already sold my 2015 RAV4 in preparation for buying a 2017 Ridgeline, and needed the truck for some moving and farmwork this summer. At first it appeared that the color scheme we wanted (Obsidian Blue or Scarlet Red) would not be coming in until late July, but I put down a deposit anyway to get first in line. As it turns out a Scarlet RTL-E arrived at the end of June, and Sanjeev called me before it was even unloaded from the truck. By the end of the afternoon, the paperwork was being completed and I drove it away the next day. The processing was efficient, the atmosphere pleasant, and Sanjeev was ever the helpful gentleman in taking care of details. The business manager James was equally professional and pleasant in setting up the title, registration, loan, and insurance particulars. So far, I've only had time to go on one road trip (Arlington to north of Frederick MD, but I loved the feel and handling of the Ridgeline, its superb GPS graphics, and all the state-of-the-art features inside the cab. The trunk under the bed was just right to haul my tools that day--my set of golf clubs! Glad I got the Ridgeline and appreciate Sanjeev for helping me get in it a month a head of expectations.
