Deplorable service.

Deplorable service.
3 after-sales service returns in a row for the same problem, the manager (appliance department manager) answers: we can't do anything, she will go back for 1 month for repairs and we hope that she will come back repaired this time (3 months of downtime)
I brought my scooter for repair the first time for a problem, they kept it for 1 month to return it to me with the same problem, I do not accept it and return it to warranty for the same problem (1 month 'wait) and again, always the same problem. the managers are not able to find me a solution .......
