We ordered breakfast at 7.45 and at 8.30 we still ...

We ordered breakfast at 7.45 and at 8.30 we still hadn't even received the coffee! I was then asked if we had ordered food at this point we walked out. We often stay at the mercure and if we can not get timely breakfast we will not return. The table beside us was the same and walked out aft us.
