Awful customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I got a phone call at 3:45 saying they were still hoping to send a tech out but one wasn t available, and that I d get a call back. 4:30 call led to me rescheduling the appointment for 12-4 Wednesday. I had to call at 4 on Wednesday and speak to 3 different people before I was told a tech wasn t going to make it and they needed to reschedule, but weren t going to call me until they knew for sure he couldn t make it. Mind you, it s already after 4. I didn t reschedule and am calling another plumber.
