After completing an intake assessment, I was contacted after two days by the Outpatient Director and told to come in the following day. When I said I couldn't come in until the following Monday (which I had said during my assessment), she has ignored all my phone calls and e-mail. I've been in limbo to enter this program now for 13 days.
