My family, unfortunately, had to use hospice services twice in a 7 month span. When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, my dad signed up with a hospice service through the hospital. We didn't feel like we were getting what we needed. Anything we needed, we had to ask for. During times like this, you don't know what to ask for. :( So we switched over to Treasure Valley and instantly we saw what hospice care should be all about. Everyone from TVH understood our needs before we even did! Seven months after my mom passed, we were calling TVH again for my dad. Again, we could not have made it through this very rough year without Treasure Valley Hospice.
After experiencing two different hospice care companies, I saw the difference and cannot say enough about the caring staff at Treasure Valley Hospice.
