Just finished a 3-night stay here at the end of a month long trip through Thailand. We were completely wowed by the staff and service. We were greeted by Era Lee who took wonderful care of us throughout the stay. All staff at restaurants, housekeeping, pool etc were warm welcoming and kind! Last night was my birthday and we went out to eat, came back to the room and they had brought a cake with candles for me(I didn t tell anyone, they just took by birthday from my HHonors profile)! Wish service was like this in Hilton properties in the US!
