The Audi was due for it's regular oil change. This is my commuter car and I put on around 100 miles daily. I usually bring it in for oil changes every 5,000 miles. I schedule my appointments online which is really easy. Customer service is always top notch. Although I bought the car used, Valley Imports sold this car brand new and has done all the regular service on this car since. They have always done a great job for me. I really like the quick video that the technician does when they inspect the car during each visit. It really keeps you in tune with what is going on with your car and any issues. Thanks
