I truly enjoyed my stay at the Omni resort. The Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. From the valet, to bellhops, front desk staff, maintenance, I felt like I was the only customer there. Good experience, and I would definitely return next time I'm in the Hot Springs or Covington area.
