Nothing fancy, but very comfortable, spacious room...

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable, spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff, steps from tram stop, quiet, safe, and conveniently located in walking distance to good restaurants and cool things to see. I would definitely stay here again.
