Said Aboukar was Calm and Cool with difficult buyer (myself) who inadvertently showed up at the wrong dealership. I was looking to purchase an infinity Q40 I saw online from a sister dealership. Mr. Aboukar endured the back and forth and eventually I left with a superior Q40 and was very satisfied with my purchase.
