Poor experience as my parents are suffering and waiting to be processed over 9 hours to be processed at IGI Delhi. Despite many requests also poor health, authorities did not listen. In my view, the service was poor. The system under pandemic did not work, the authorities were lazy and not humane treatment for elderly. Government authorities are ruining name of IGI International Airport.
