I d give this a minus star if I could. Avoid at all costs. A friend of mine had to buy a new ticket because there s just a single counter which accepts payments on behalf of the airlines. We made it to the airport on time, two hours in advance. However, with a single payment terminal and an unmarked queue which wouldn t budge for half an hour there was no feasible way we could get to our flight. The heated crowd in the picture nearly started a fight with the people behind the counter. The only people who work in the main hall are the outsourced representatives of some local service company. There s no information desk (only a broken telephone stand) and not a single living person representing the airport. The service company people refuse to call for a supervisor or an airport representative. Moreover, a lot of gates are located in hangars in the middle of the airfield. Atrocious.
