My son was a patient there from Dec 11-16. I took in his clothes on Dec 12. The staff assured me that he would get them, guaranteed. He still had not received them as of Tues Dec 13. At this point, they still guaranteed me that he would get them. I stayed on the staff everyday....everyday he still did not have them. Finally on Thurs the 15, he received SOME of his belongings. Missing were 2 pair of sweats, 2 pair of shorts, moisturizer and hair gel, totaling $165. Everything else in the bag of belongings made it to him.I continued to inquire with the staff who said they would surely be found. By the day of his discharge, they were not to be found. His nurse, who did the discharge, promised me that DianeCrumb would be contacting me to arrange reimbursement for the lost/stolen items. I waited a few days...nothing. I have called on several occasions and left voice mails. She never returned my calls.
