Update: After not getting much help from the apart...

Update: After not getting much help from the apartment complex office, a bad review on their website, contacting management and giving them a bad review, I finally got their attention and someone to address my issues. One of the biggest complaints is my upstairs neighbors. They are loud and rude and break almost every rule in the lease. The complex/management company doesn't deny these accusations. However, I have literally been told that their hands are tied and that they can not demand compliance for any reason. They have issued notices but can not give me details of any other actions being taken. Their solution to my problem? I can pay the cleaning fee on my current apartment, go through the entire application process, then move my family into a different apartment in the same complex. Told them I've suffered through the first half of my lease and I'll suffer through the last half as their "solution" only inconveniences me and puts me out money. Glad I finally got someone to at least hear out my concerns and try to offer a solution, but I am still unhappy and will not be changing my rating.

Not happy at all with this management company. Have lived in a complex that they manage for five months and have had no resolve to anything. I've reached out to corporate several times, heard from the portfolio manager once to give me her contact information then never heard anything again, have yet to have a reply from corporate either. 10/10 would NOT recommend living on a property managed by them.
