Terrible customer service. We waited 2 months for an oven knob part to be replaced, with poor interaction with the service desk regarding the ETA of the parts - we had to chase them to get the information and an appointment for the technician's intervention. The technician fixed the oven quickly but billed us SGD105 for the parts instead of SGD70 in the quotation. Luckily I was there with the quote to have this bill corrected (which the technician did immediately) otherwise my helper would have overpaid
