It is my second time staying at this resort and this time round, I've booked the So Relaxing package which came with the complimentary massage. It was a great getaway from the city life in Singapore, and most of the service staff were friendly and helpful to attend to our needs. We have so far not encountered any unpleasant experiences.

The most memorable experience for us would be with our masseurs from the So Spa, Sarah and Lyn as they knew exactly where we needed to relieve our muscle tension, and even recommended us to visit several facilities around the hotel and the spa, and we really loved it!

Overall, a great experience and I'd highly recommend to try out the spa experience if you're staying over there.
