TO FLEE !!!! it's theft ** ers they insure nothing and even when you leave the property they sue you to say that you must insure the second accommodation in the absence of "A formal notice". this has been going on for 6 months, on the phone they recognize their error but refuse to establish an email or letter to confirm.
It is a scam agency run away from any existing contract with them, they still manage to accuse you and claim large sums from you.
WE ARE IN FRANCE defrauding citizens without having signed a contract is an abuse of your organization.
Go file a complaint for the people put in Abandon or wrongly accused denounce this service and a person called "Lea", had on the phone to date January 4, 2021 at 11:52 am who recognizes the error of the service but does not wish to do a writing, however the calls are recorded !! It's a shame !!!!
