Wasn't what I expected it to be
I registersed to get into entry level admin/office work etc since end of 2017 so I could get my foot in the door, depsite waiting few months later and working at jobs I didn't like I was offered a 1 month temp job at the MACE Marco. I did the one full day of work there, getting to know the basics and myself well to other managers and suddenly at the end of my shift 10 minutes later, I got a phonecall from Rob from the Australasian Recrutiment Company. He gave me really negative feedback saying that "I was quiet and that they weren't sure of how I was doing" and despite my efforts explaining to Rob that it was my first day and that I was getting to know the role, he then put his foot down and decided to cancel the 1 month temp role assignment which not only shocked me but found it very insulting and extremely unfair to think that they could let me off like this. I was not happy with the result and decided to call them again the next morning to get my head straight into as why they decided to let me go and said that "I wasn't the right fit for the job" which I was angry and disappointed about this despite explaining to them that I was just getting started. After hearing this appauling feedback, I would not recommend to any of my friends or family to register for this company, even if they're from Australia or New Zealand.
