Ive been on hold over an hour. Im calling about the same exact situation as the last review by Rachel W. I have not lived in Cook County for a year yet they are sending me and my wife a notice of hearing regarding wheel tax stickers. 235$ fine each. Unbelievable. What is the point of having a phone number if no one ever answers? Zero stars for the whole county....THATS WHY I MOVED!
