I ordered two chairs on 9/8/20. The ones ordered indicated an approximate ship date of mid September. On 9/22 after not hearing anything on my chairs I contacted customer support. Not to make this comment too long, nothing that I was aware of happened. I again contacted customer support on 9/25 and then again on 9/28 with various 'updates' that did no produce any results. On 9/30 I was lucky to get William as my customer support person. He was super polite and understanding of my situation and frustration at not receiving any demonstrable support. Within a few hours he had 'fixed' my problem and I now have my chairs being shipped in 3-5 days. THANKS William!! You were profession, proactive and fixed my issue where others were not able to.
